A communal garden was created by removing the central bay of this derelict factory when it was converted into live/work spaces and commercial units.

The original 'saw tooth' building profile is prevalent throughout and the steel trusses were reinstated to create a dramatic garden feature, climbing plants will scale the frame over time.

The entrance to the site and surrounding walls have been planted to create an oasis of greenery and calm, while maximising available space.

Herbs and fruiting trees are incorporated into the landscape scheme to encourage ‘urban foraging’ by the residents!
